Marscon Pty Ltd was incorporated 25th February 1998 in Sydney NSW Australia. Raymond Wehbe (principle) studied Architecture at the University of NSW graduating in 1992. Raymond began on the building site as a youngster, working alongside his father - therefore Marscon has development and construction experience since 1977.

Marscon Pty Ltd works in partnership with all of its clients. Our clients are advised that savings can be achieved by our involvement at the beginning of projects. Our experience in architecture and construction provides knowledge valuable to any client needing the right balance between quality and cost effectiveness in aesthetically pleasing and functional buildings. Marscon’s philosophy when acting as the Developer in acquiring sites is that price is mediated by location. We use our architectural experience in selecting sites; keeping in mind basic principles such as location, orientation to the sun and proximity to transport, schools and shops. Not many developers bring this architectural background to the table in their dealings, and this has helped Marscon be highly proficient across some 40 years in the industry.

During the design stage our Design Architects develop a contemporary design using technology and functionality in terms of thermal, acoustic and fire properties. Safety is always a priority.

Leading into the construction stage, our experience and the balance of aesthetics, function and price is paramount. Finishes are modern, up to date and timeless. All construction work is within building standards and legislation with the finest workmanship. Work, Health and Safety is a priority and fundamental in all our projects.

Marscon is a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and founding member of the Unilink Group and Ray Wehbe is a principle and co-founder of the Redband Group of Companies.
